History:

The Biloxi Bay Chamber of Commerce is celebrating 20 Years of Success. In 1989, a group of local business owners and community leaders formed The Biloxi Bay Business Council to represent the city’s business community. The Biloxi Bay Chamber of Commerce was officially chartered in 1983.

The Don Wylie Enhancement Award:

The Enhancement Award is presented to outstanding businesses, individuals or organizations that have worked to make significant improvements in the City of Biloxi. Recipients are selected from those who have gone further than required to enhance Biloxi environmentally, aesthetically, historically or culturally.

2009 Honoree Shayna Steele - World class vocalist, songwriter, composer, actress.  The Biloxian Made Good Shrimp Boil was held on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at the Biloxi Community Center.  A crowd of nearly 200 enjoyed the evening and also had a chance to listen to Shayna sing a few songs from her new CD.
